Inside the Artist's Studio: Daniel N. Johnson
As I mentioned before, I love getting to speak with and write about artists for my job. I recently wrote a piece on Los Angeles-based photographer Daniel N. Johnson. While I love speaking with all of our artists, Johnson's interview really resonated with me - particularly the part where he describes how paralyzed he felt in college, because there were so career paths in life he wanted to pursue. Having ready access to the wisdom of dozens of artists at such a young age is a privilege, and I feel so lucky to be surrounded with clever, industrious creatives who are eager to pass their wisdom on to somebody who is just starting out.
